sandy fake from coldwell banker in york, pa found us our wonderful house in stewartstown.  she worked with over several years even.  (717) 757 7811, give her a call and tell her that tina and sam recommended her.  we only used her by requesting listings, driving/finding them ourselves, and only called her when we wanted to get into the house to see the inside and the property.  she was always very diligent in mailing listings or faxing listings to us, almost weekly.  she also sent us listings slightly out of our requested location, and tried to look for our desired amenities.  i’m not sure how she would be if you needed her to drive you around looking at houses.
