What is the event?
In July 2006, my nephew, James Becker suffered a heart attack while swimming at a community pool. He was just 15 years old. Despite the heroic efforts of medical staff, James was without oxygen in excess of 10 minutes. As a result, James suffered severe brain injury and needs constant care to facilitate his recovery.
