Has anyone had any clock repaired and could recommend someone?  I have two 40+ year old wall clocks of the wind-up variety that were my grandparents.  They’re in need of a good cleaning/oiling of the mechanisms, and one of them chimes ‘off’ by one hour and we can’t seem to fix it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have used Tick Tock Clock Shop.  It used to be in the small strip mall across from the Y over in Shrewsbury.  I guess he’s still there - came to the house and checked our grandfather clock - never had to call him back.

I have used Ye Olde Clocke Shoppe in Shrewsbury for in-home repair to my grandfather clock.  I can’t remember the man’s name, but he was thorough and reasonable.  The number is:  235-8278.

It is a bit of a drive, but Kauffman’s Clock Shop in Bird-in-Hand is good.  He hand makes clocks and does repair as well.

Thanks all!  I saw the local ones, but didn’t know if anyone knew anything about them.  We go to Bird-In-Hand a couple times a year, so it’s good to know there are options there too!
