Ok everyone....this is a POSITIVE ONLY THREAD!!!!! Let’s hear of good things in life, community, jobs, family, friends, etc. With all the craziness going on, some positive posts would be nice. No moaning or complaining in this thread. Life is too short to worry insignificant stuff and serious topics have plenty of other threads. I am not going for the “tree hugger mush”, but genuinely good news. Wonder how many posts will happen if negative is not allowed? If you do post negative, be warned...you will unleash the wrath of a wild Jackalope!  Heck, I don’t care if someone just wants to say they had a good game at “Scrabble”.  Enjoy....

My family is happy and healthy and I am thankful for that.  We played a family game of two hand touch football today and got real muddy.  I knocked my son to the ground and scored a touch down - pretty good at my age!

My daughter, a junior at York College majoring in elementary education, made the Dean’s list with a 3.88 GPA carring 13 credits, commutes to school and holds down a part time job.  We are very proud of her accomplishment!!!

I am opening up a new sub shop/pizza joint and bakery in New Park!  Hopefully, doors will be opening in early February!  Had a couple of brief roadblocks, but everyone from the architect to the building inspectors have been really helpful and cooperative in helping me get going in a timely fashion!  I can’t wait!

My daughter just graduated from her musical theater program (3.5 gpa) in Los Angeles and is very busy pursuing her acting career.  She is also applying to attend college in NYC to finish her BFA. (Bachelor of Fine Arts).

What a Day!!  Hard to believe January would have temps in the 60’s.  Would have been a great day to play hookey.  Definitely a nice start to the week.

Also, it is quite nice to see positive responses to a thread...thanks for posting.
