I was going to go to college in Humbodlt, CA....alot of tree huggers up in that area

My brother in law still lives there.  He made a bunch of money keeping drug dealers out of jail.  Ran for a judge opening not too long ago and his reputation came back to haunt him.

If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito.

Talk about smokers getting the raw end of the deal. I read recently in The Sun that many folks are getting loitering tickets for smoking outside places in Baltimore.  I wish the government would ban it once and for all, but they wont because its still a source of income, the tobacco lobby is still strong and who wants to be the politician that puts the tobacco labor force out on the streets? Talk about a conflict of interests, greasing your pockets with tobacco lobby money but allowing smoke free legislation to pass.

Perhaps making it illegal could become a cash cow for local authorities. Some folks really struggle with quitting and others have no desire to. Imagine the fines collected for getting busted smoking. The whole deal is pathetic in my opinion. The right choice is obvious even though I am a user, I just wish Washington would pick one side of the fence and stay there.
