My husband says they are C-130’s, they looked like UFOs one night, they were all lit up and very quiet. Even cooler yet this saturday we saw 4 stealth planes while working outside! Pretty cool! Never know what you are going to see living in Stewartstown!

As I mentioned before, Stewartstown lies right under a major East - West federal flight cooridor.  4 Stealth bombers.  I wish I had seen them.  I just cant for the life of me figure what they were doing in this area, and low enough that they could be seen clearly.  They dont even overnight anywhere but in Missouri.

Wait a sec. there it is.  Preakness.  They were doing a flyby for Preakness.  Heck of a distance to travel for a quick thing like that.

Are you sure about that? I saw 4 A10 Warthogs flying in formation, but only one solo Stealth. Looking it up on the interweb, I can only see mention of 1 bomber doing the Preakness flyover…

Saturday was Armed Forces Day.  Many different airshows around the area.  I know they have a huge event at Andrews. It was a pretty cool sight.

We were at the Stewartstown Girls U10 Softball tournament at the Community Center and they flew over.  I thought they were flying over for us!  Haha!  I love seeing the planes fly over.  I am a big child and run outside when I hear them coming over my house in the Station.  I didn’t notice a Stealth Bomber bummer.  I would have loved to see that or at least show my kids.

As Pama said, lots going on that day. According to military websites, there were Navy flyovers at the Preakness, the Hopkins v Navy NCAA playoff lacrosse game in Annapolis and and air show going on at Ft. Detrick in Fredrick MD that day. The 7th Annual Armed Forces Day Celebration was also happening on City Island Harrisburg that day in which A-10s were to flyover (website did not indicate # of planes though) - event website http://www.harrisburgevents.com/Common_pages/Armed.html

That might help explain some things.

The person you are referring to flies Blackhawks...not Stealth Bombers!
