I’m a bit late to the game, having just gotten my pellet stove a couple of weeks ago.  I’ve been buying small quantities of pellets thus far, but wanted to see if anyone knew where I might be able to buy in bulk, and possibly have a pallet delivered to my house.  Thanks in advance everyone and happy new year!

I have a wood pellet stove and buy pellets by the ton.  I usually get them at True Value in September.  Although I pick them up, I know True Value will deliver them for a fee.  I always try to buy them early, because the colder it gets, the quicker the supplies at the retailers decrease.  Home Depot in York sells them, so I assume the new store in Shrewsbury does, too.  Ace Hardware usually has them.  Some of the ‘fireplace’ stores in York also carry them.  Hope that helps.

Home Depot (local) had three tons for the opening.  They say, they will not have any more until next season.
True Value has limits and are backordered (as of today).
Home Depot in York is out and on backorder.

Lowes in York has some!  Very limited.  Call before you go.

Please update this thread.
(I burn Corn, I have some friends that burn pellets).

BTW,
A new process has been developed to compress grass into a pellet.
Higher ash content than wood (density of fiber issue).  This should be
On the market next season.
