Does anyone know about a children’s gymnastics center in Shrewsberry or New Freedom?

there’s a nice one my wife helps out with up in Southern York-- she helps with the Tiny Tumblers children’s gymnastics part. It’s almost right off of Rt. 24 [Cape Horn Rd.] going towards the Galleria Mall. Turn Left onto East Prospect St. [at the light where Stan’s Auto Sales & Tom’s gas station is], go about 300 yards and turn into driveway for the exercise center right before the carpet/flooring place.

i forget the name of the whole exercise place at the moment, but the part for kids is called Tiny Tumblers… it’s only about 10 minutes from Red Lion.

Tiny Tumblers is in Yorktowne Fitness Center.  Besides that, I don’t of anything in our area, maybe the YMCA in Shrewsbury has some classes.  If your looking for a Birthday party, and not a class, Tiny Tumblers parties are great fun!

They also have great gymnastics classes at Tiny Tumblers-- my 4 year-old daughter has been in one for 2 years now. They do birthday parties as welll, yes… usually on the weekends [my wife, who is an elementary ed. teacher, helps out working these], but the classes are what I was more referring to seemingly because of the reason for this thread.

Oh, yes, the classes are great too.  I like that they are specific to the age groups and the times are that so even if you have a busy schedule, you can find one that fits!  So if you are looking for something local because of the scheduling, some begin as late as 6:30.  It is important to mention, though that these are for young children, so if you have an older child (probably 7 and older), I’m sure they could give you a referral.

There is a new children’s gymnastics and dance center on Main Street in New Freedom.  It is on the corner of Main St and N. 2nd St. (the road to Railroad and Shrewsbury).  I don’t know anyting about it except that it is always full of happy kids (you can see in the large front windows).

Thegymnastics center in New Freedom is part of the Experimental Movements Concept dance center.  My daughter worked there when she was in high school - its a good place to start gymnastics.
