I used Gemmill once.  I needed a new kitchen faucet installed.  Two men came (only one was needed) and I was charged for 2 men’s labor.  In addition, I found out later they were contractors, not actually employed by Gemmill.  They charged me for 2 men and an extra 45 minutes.  I called Gemmill when I got the bill to question the time involved for labor.  I was the first job.  I understand I pay for the time they leave the office, but I was informed they came from New Freedom or Shrewsbury (can’t remember which) and came into Gemmill’s and drank coffee and I was charged for this time.  Mr. Gemmill did adjust the bill, but I never used them again and never will.

I already spoke to Gary Boyd and he was busy for the next 3 weeks.
I also tried Gemill, their cost was WAY too much for the job.

I only had a small job, they were here in 2 days and very reasonable.
