After reading the posts on here recommending Brian, I also sold my soul to him in exchange for some good words on this site.
Actually, Brian is a good guy who was easy to deal with and got us a loan that fit our needs. He listened to us and found a mortgage we had never heard of before, so he at least did his homework. Communication from him was constant, keeping you informed of what was going on and where you are in the process. Most places just let you wonder.
I had to promise him that I would put in a good word for him on this site though. So, I hereby recommend Brian!
