Troop #33 is collecting new or gently used, clean stuffed animals for S.A.F.E. (Stuffed Animals for Emergencies).  Some of the proceeds may be donated to Eureka Fire Company and the Stewartstown Police Department.  Note:  Fire and Police Departments tend to prefer small, new stuffed animals.  More information on S.A.F.E. can be found here:

This is an awesome idea! We use stuffed animals on the ambulance to help calm scared children. You would be amazed what a small toy can do to calm the fears of a child or infant.

Hey Alex,
I have a bag full of stuffed animals that my kids graciously donated and that I was unable to drop off on the specified day.  Can I drop these off at the fire house directly?

We have people on duty during the day covering the ambulance provided they are not out on a call. I will be there from 6:30 onward tomorrow night in the Bingo hall downstairs. My wife and I will be on duty there Friday evening from 6pm onward as well.

If you drop them off during the day, just tell the crew to make sure they get to Brad.

I have a ton of stuffed animals and would be very happy to donate them to the boy scouts.  I’ll try to drop them off tomorrow at the fire hall.
