I have just found the most friendly (for the most part) black cat in the area of Main Street.  She is a female and has been declawed.  I would bring her inside but she won’t let me pick her up but she will come to me if I sit down.  She has a small patch of white fur under her chin.  If you think you know to whom she belongs, please send me a PM - I can send pictures.  I have been feeding her and she has been staying safe in my daughters playhouse - so need to worry about that.  If no one claims her does anyone know where I can take her?  I don’t want to see her put down.

There were poster up in the New Freedom/Shrewsbury area about a missing black/white cat named “Oreo”.  Don’t know if this is the same cat and I don’t have the phone number with me.  I’m sure one of the posters was up in the Factory in Shrewsbury though.

Pama
Black short haired cat?  Friendly, but with limits - unsure of humans possibly?  If so, last seen at 4 South Main last Friday.  Appears to be a stray, although it hung around a bit to be fed.  Full grown - uncertain about the white patch, if it’s the same kitty, it has been traveling - for it to get that far away from where we always have seen it.  The black cat at 4 South usually stays around and has been around for a while. I can’t imagine it traveling if it had a good thing going already.

Caroline -

yes I would say short black hair.  It didn’t travel too far only to North Main (guess she’s using the same back way the kids do).  I didn’t see her last night but she has been around for the last couple of weeks.  This past week was the first that she really got close to me and that was only when I sat down.  I left water and food out for her in case she comes back.  Wish I could find her home.  I guess if she’s getting kibble at both locations she’s happy.  Thanks for the input.
