Well atleast for me I think everyone is important.....lunch ladies, custodians, secretaries, ect. They all make for a smooth and comfortable day. chrisjames....your african proverb....are you saying that the lunch ladies make less of an impact then a mosquito???
I agree with the importance of these people. They are all people that our children interact with in thier daily lives. All the more reason to ensure that they are in a position to utilize thier strengths and improvie thier weaknesses.
I am sorry..my mistake...I thought when you posted “excellent” you were agreeing with “former resident”
Noooo, another mistake. Re-read my post, I was saying excellant to 89GTA. If you see a post within a post that is kinda greyed out, that is called a quote and it means the person responded to said quote.
I didnt say ‘trouble maker’. I said there were employees that were ‘difficult’. Most often these kinds of things are caused by personality conflicts. People cant manage to get along with the people they work with or work for. It is far easier to move employees around than it is to fire them and train new ones. So, theoretically people will be placed in positions that will benefit both them and the district.
wow JPC that is very insightfull....you really seem to know a lot about this particular subject. But wouldn’t it be easier for all concerned if the “difficult” ones were simply talked to in a calm and mature manner rather than making so many upset? Maybe there could be an a much easier solution that would satisfy everyone concerned. Just a thought!

Wow how insightful your take is as well, I’d venture to say that it probably did happen. But seeing how NONE of us are involved with it, why do we just drop it and go with what the cafeteria bosses said.

You sure have a short memory. Management didnt want to ‘single out’ anyone. So the shuffle was undertaken as a whole.
JPC I do not have a short memory (at least this time) I was only giving another possible solution. If there were only one or two people to deal with my way would make more sense. If there were many I agree the way it was handled was correct. And if you feel it is pointless...well stop posting.
