dragon2 responded: “Maintenance employees do kept the trucks at their homes in the evenings and not at the school. They can be called out at any time of day or night and in any weather to address the issues that come up at district buildings after hours. This is not unusual in school districts since the employees leave straight to the building the need to service with their equipment on the truck. It is like a service technician that takes his service van home in the evening for late night calls.”
