Just to let everyone know, we had our hearing and got unanimous approval, so we now move to plans review an hopefully start construction within a few weeks.

Small update, all of our permits and other red tape came back clear and we will start construction this week weather permitting. As far as an opening date, we are too far off to make those projections, ideally as soon as possible but MANY factors still lie ahead. Thanks for the support and have a great 2010!
