I believe that Kinsley is renting the building to use for office space for the upcoming Main St./Barrens Road North and South projects scheduled to begin within a couple of weeks. They also used that building during the construction phase of the “new” Rutters.
Ah yes, makes sense they’d use that building, they are redoing most of main street I believe, think 1993’ if you were here, it’ll be like that only with more traffic
I understand that there will be two seperate road projects going on. The first project is due to start within a couple of weeks and will be starting at South Main St. (Barrens Road South) and will proceed south to the PA/MD state line. Also during this part of the project Gregory Contractors will be installing “new” water/sewer lines on S. Main St. at Trout Ln and will end at Johnson Rd (next to the American Legion). I undertand that the second road project will begin sometime in the fall of this year and will start at Barrens Road North at Lowe Rd south on Main St. and end at Trout Ln. They will be milling off at least 2” of asphalt and reapplying a top coat of asphalt. This is what I know about the project at this time.
