I had hoped since new management took over Messina’s Pizza that customer service would have improved by now. Much to my dismay it hasn’t. Food orders are always wrong. If that isn’t bad enough customers are charged extra for items they have not ordered. Customers would be wise to check their bill before paying. In most instances customers will find that they are being over charged.

I completely agree with you, walkman.  This has happened to me the last 3 times that I have ordered from Mussina’s.  I have recently ordered from Original’s Pizza in the new shopping center built on 851.  They are great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great alternative to Mussina’s.  You should check it out walkman.  I guarantee, you will not be disappointed 8) .

Sad to say, Messina’s is a thing of the past as far as I’m concerned.  When they’re good, they’re great, but you can’t count on quality each time you order.  I haven’t had a price problem, but I’ve had several burnt pizzas that I’ve taken back.  What a hassle.  Adios Messina’s.  rolleyes

I would have to agree with the other posts, granted, I have not had anything from there since new management took over, but I have heard a lot of negative comments on the food quality there since the change.

The change of food quality was noticeable when the chamge of management happened.  I pity the young lady (sorry, forgotten yuor name!) who serves the food.  She is in the front line, when comments should bypass her and go to those behind the counter.  Uncooked veal is unacceptable.  To the man who continues to own Messina Pizza (so I understand), you had better improve the quality of your food and service quickly or you’ll find customers will desert your business.  I’m going to take advice from another entry in this forum—I’ll try the new Original Pizza.  :!:
