I don’t believe the automated call system was used, so please help get the word out.

I got an automated call last night regarding this.

thanks for the heads up....i did not get my call either, but thankfully my 5th grader informed me yesterday that they’re not to drink the water!

Ok here’s my ? If all they do is post it on their website how are people who do not have the internet suppossed to know all the advisories ? I believe this is the second time I’ve red something was posted on their website but no other steps were taken to make people aware. Just a thought and just sayin .......

I received calls at all five numbers I have listed on the emergency card!!  My daughter told me about the water being gross as soon as she came home from school.  I’m surprised your kids weren’t talking about it too.

My child also knew about the water and we received calls at all of our numbers.

all the other #s we have listed were notified, except mine.....and mine has been notified in the past. hoping it was just an oversight.

None of the numbers I have listed received a call.

Sometimes this happens and it might be a glitch with the automated system. I don’t know.

You have a good point.  I don’t know how they would know.  I guess they have the phone thing so they don’t have to waste paper sending a note home.  That’s the only other way the parents would have known.  I did notice that it has been fixed, although I haven’t gotten a call about that, my daughter told me when she came home.

I’m afraid this may be a day late and a dollar short but the water advisory is off now.
