Crop Out Cancer Event

Join us for a great day of scrapbooking, card making and paper crafting to benefit H.O.P.E. on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at St. John Lutheran Church in New Freedom, PA.

H.O.P.E. (Help for Oncology Problems and Emotional Support) is an all volunteer cancer support network that provides free assistance to cancer patients and their families.

The fun filled day will include:  Cropping Time, Technique Demonstrations, NEW Scrapbook Supply Auction, Shopping with Vendors, Used Scrapbook Supply Sale Table and Door Prizes.

The following vendors have already committed to the event and will be providing great Holiday gifts ideas:  Close To My Heart, Cookie Lee, Creative Memories, Lasting Impressions, Scrapbook Junction Scrapbook Store, Stampin’ Up! and Tastefully Simple.

An added Bonus for the day will be Tips and Project Ideas learned at the 2005 Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Convention.

Starbucks will provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate and pastries in the morning and Chick-Fil-A will serve chicken sandwiches for lunch and Tastefully Simple will supply dessert and afternoon snacks.  Sodas will also be provided for the day.

Pre-registration is $25 and Walk-In registration is $30 (limited based on pre-registrations)
Registration includes:  goody bag, cropping space for the day, snacks and lunch. 

Children 10 years of age and older welcome as a paying scrapper.

Pre-Registration Deadline is October 5, 2005.
